Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, wrong or missing, and the claim is approved after verification as per our Damage / Defect Policy.
SheSlays reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or modify any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incorrect customer details, shipping restrictions or any other reason at our discretion.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and ship orders within the estimated timelines shown on our website or communicated to the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, festivals, address issues, customer unavailability or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. However, if the product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with the required proof, including a clear unboxing video and photos, so that we can verify and resolve the issue as per our Damage / Defect Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. SheSlays shall not be responsible for failed delivery or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address, wrong phone number or customer unavailability.
SECTION 8 - NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY
SheSlays follows a No Return and No Refund policy once an order has been shipped.
Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

SECTION 9 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, WRONG OR MISSING PRODUCT POLICY

A brief description of the issue
The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened for the first time. Claims without a proper unboxing video or sufficient proof may be rejected.
After receiving the claim, SheSlays will verify the details. If the claim is approved, we may provide a replacement or exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit or refund, as applicable and as required under applicable law.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged by the customer, and in original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact to be eligible for replacement or exchange under this section.
SheSlays reserves the right to reject any claim if the product appears used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or if the submitted proof is incomplete, edited, unclear or suspicious.
SECTION 10 - SIZE AND FIT DISCLAIMER
Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
SheSlays is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer. Size-related returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been shipped, unless the product delivered is different from the size ordered.
Minor measurement variation may occur due to fabric nature, stitching pattern, manual measurement or design style.
