At SheSlays, we make every effort to provide complete and accurate product details, including fabric information, product images, size details, fit guidance, colour description and styling information wherever applicable. We request all customers to carefully read the product description, size chart, fabric details and all available information before placing an order.

No Return, No Exchange and No Refund Policy
SheSlays follows a strict No Return, No Exchange and No Refund Policy once an order has been placed, confirmed or shipped, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, wrong or missing and the claim is approved after verification.
Customers are requested to choose products carefully before placing an order. Please check the product details, fabric information, size chart, colour description and images properly before making a purchase.
We do not accept return, exchange or refund requests for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Dislike of product after delivery
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Product not matching personal preference or expectation
- Minor colour variation due to screen settings, lighting, photography or editing
- Fabric feel or texture preference
- Customer ordering the wrong product, colour or size
- Customer providing incorrect shipping address or contact details
- Delivery delay caused by courier/logistics partner
- Product purchased during sale, offer, discount or promotion
- Product being used, worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Product
Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong or missing product, you must contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at:
To raise a claim, the customer must provide proper proof. The following are mandatory:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing/unpackaging video from sealed package opening till product inspection
- Clear images of the outer packaging
- Clear images of the shipping label
- Clear images of the inner packaging
- Clear images or video of the damaged, defective, wrong or missing product issue
- A brief description of the issue
The unboxing/unpackaging video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened for the first time and must show the product condition clearly.
Claims without a proper unboxing/unpackaging video may not be accepted.
Claim Verification
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the proof and verify the issue.
If the claim is approved, SheSlays may provide a suitable resolution depending on the case, such as replacement of the same product, an alternative product, store credit, or another resolution as required under applicable law.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact.
SheSlays reserves the right to reject any claim if:
- The unboxing/unpackaging video is missing
- The proof is unclear, incomplete, edited or suspicious
- The product appears used, worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
- The claim is raised after the required time period
- The issue does not qualify as damage, defect, wrong product or missing product
No Cash on Delivery
SheSlays does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid through the available payment options on our website. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, wrong or missing and the claim is approved after verification.

Return Shipping
Since SheSlays does not accept general returns or exchanges, customers should not send any product back without written approval from our support team.
Any product sent to us without prior written approval will not be accepted.
If a damaged, defective, wrong or missing product claim is approved, our team will provide further instructions regarding the next steps.
Colour, Fabric and Size Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colours, fabric details, fit and design as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to screen resolution, device display settings, lighting, photography and editing.
Such minor variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Customers are advised to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order. SheSlays will not be responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.
